Chronic Ankle Pain

Virtually everyone has at one time or another sustained a twisting injury or sprain to one of their ankles. In fact, sprained ankles represent the most common athletic injury happening today. Despite being so common, the sprained ankle is often misunderstood and under treated. This is a sad thought because this condition, though may seem harmless, is actually progressive and destructing.

Boil fresh grated gingerroot, then let it cool a little. Make it compress by soaking a washcloth in the warm brew. Place the compress over the injured ankle. Ginger draws out toxins and hastens healing.
